WELCOME
I would like to thank you for taking time to visit my website. I have spent my career preparing for the position of Circuit Judge of Madison and Washington Counties. I believe my resume will demonstrate to you that I am qualified and prepared to be your judge. I have the experience and maturity needed to effectively administer, manage and try the cases handled by Division Four.
If elected I plan to carry forward the important work that has been done by Judges Mary Ann Gunn and Chadd Mason. Along with handling civil cases, which are the majority of cases in Division Four, I am excited about the opportunity to work with the Washington/Madison County Drug Court. My wife, Carlena, and I have been involved in working with and encouraging individuals and families dealing with substance abuse. I hope to expand the drug court program to improve the lives of many more individuals. Equally as important, we need to stop the drain on our states limited resources by providing non-violent offenders an alternative which allows them to avoid jail and continue to work and support their families.
For more information please explore the links listed above. I am asking for your vote on May 22, 2012, for Circuit Judge - Division Four.
